| Orders received by 3 pm PST will be processed within 24 hours. For UPS Ground orders, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. For UPS 2nd Day orders, please allow 2 days for your order to ship.
You may return your item within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We will issue a full refund or exchange of goods only if the item returned is in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Please e-mail us at info@shoptillia.com to receive a return authorization number. In order for your return to be processed, please state the reason for your return and if you would like a credit card refund or an exchange. If you request a refund, your original form of payment will be credited (less the shipping charges) within 30 days of your next billing cycle. Please write the return authorization number on the front of the box. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment.
