Tiffany Lerman is the creative force behind the Chester Brand. The former London native and daughter of best-selling author Jackie Collins, started the Chester Brand with her collection of Chester Handbags in 1996. They included bags and totes, which then grew into a larger collection including cosmetic and make-up bags and the extremely popular Chester Diaper Bag. A constant hit among so many Moms, the Chester Diaper Bags are so successful because Tiffany “road-tested” them herself with her two sons.
Tiffany has always had a love and appreciation for colors, textures and natural forms. She studied fine arts at UCLA and textile design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). For her, it is all about the prints! Chester is known for its innovative, stylish and sometimes whimsical prints. The success of the handbag line has created a demand for Chester to expand into other licensed categories.
